Having worked at a senior level for some of the largest service providers in the international expansion sector - Chris has first-hand knowledge of the challenges and risks faced by business by expanding overseas. 

Chris has extensive global business compliance knowledge, as well as a strong understanding of corporate and investment structuring. This is further supported by a broad international book of contacts to help international businesses and investor enter new markets with greater clarity, reduced friction and a stronger understanding of their risks and opportunities.  

 Chris has spent more than a decade at the forefront of UK and international corporate governance and compliance, supporting businesses and investment firms across multiple geographies.

His expertise is grounded in qualifications in Corporate Finance Regulation, ESG for Directors, Strategic Leadership and the Quoted Companies Alliance Governance Code. 

He has contributed to industry thought leadership, spoken at public events and been interviewed by the London Stock Exchange on the importance of effective governance.

With a sizeable proportion of his career spent either selling into, or working inside FCA or SRA regulated firms - Chris has an excellent understanding of the the behaviours and internal frameworks required to meet regulatory requirements, and also to succeed and grow.
